The Kudos Feature of These Forums

Ever want to give a post a kudos here? What you do is simple.
On evey post (except posts made by you) there is a plus and minus icon on the right side, near the top (+ and -). By clicking those, it gives a kudos! Click the plus sign to give a kudos, and click the minus sign to give an 'anti-kudos' to those posts that are completly... well, I'm not sure what I'd use it for. Maybe H4H posts? LOL.
Now, what does this do? Look under a members name on one of their posts. One of the things says 'Kudos'. Most people here now have 0 kudos, because not very many people know about this feature yet! By clicking the plus sign on someone's post, it will add a Kudos point. By clicking the minus sign, they will lose a Kudos point.
Hopefully this helps you in finding good posts and rewarding helpful members!

I just changed the name from Reputation to Kudos. Just for the sake of keeping things straight.

Yay a kudos leaderboard. I probably won't be on it though.
