Monkey King Costume

is it me or are the things the woman gives the monkey in this video EXACTLY like the one the monkey king DLC has


(just so you know this was an advert by the BBC to advertise(duh) the olympics in China)

The DLC even has the spiky hair like the monkey


it might be because the monkey means something in china and i think the guy that designed the Monkey King costume was from China

if that is the case then where's my flying cloud!? lol

but if not then it's a bit wierd

oh wait. well yeah.. journey to the west. its about said monkey. who is given the task to collect buddehst sutras across india. he is basically a god. the advert kinda explains it in the events from Beijing olympics.
the woman give sun the magic staff, a crown, and the flying nimbus or whatever its called....flying cloud thing
